PushMyGrade is a free site with academic calculators, student Q&A, blog content, and university guides. This page explains what data gets collected when you use it and why.
The calculators don’t store your data
Every calculator on this site, CGPA, SGPA, attendance, and required SGPA, runs entirely in your browser. The grades, credits, and subjects you enter never reach our servers. Close the tab, and that data is gone.
We can’t see your CGPA, your subject names, or anything else you type into a calculator. There’s nothing to see. It never left your device.
What we do collect
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. This tracks things like which pages get visited, how long people stay, and what device or browser they’re using. It doesn’t include your name or anything that identifies you personally.
Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. You can block these through your browser settings or a browser extension if you’d rather not be tracked at all.
Advertising
PushMyGrade runs on ad revenue through Google AdSense. AdSense uses cookies to show ads that are relevant to you based on your browsing activity, both on this site and elsewhere.
You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google’s Ads Settings page, or turn off third-party cookies in your browser to stop this kind of tracking entirely. We don’t control what specific ads get shown. That’s handled by Google’s ad network, not by us directly.
Links to other sites
Some pages link out to university websites, scholarship portals, or other external resources. Once you click through, you’re on someone else’s site with their own privacy practices. We’re not responsible for what happens there.
If you’re under 18
A lot of our visitors are college students, and some of you are under 18. We don’t ask for your name, your college ID, or anything that identifies you to use any calculator on this site. If you ever come across a page that does ask for personal information beyond what’s described here, don’t enter it and email us.
Your data, your control
Since the calculators don’t store anything and we don’t run accounts or logins, no personal data is sitting on our servers to request or delete. The only data that exists is the anonymous analytics traffic Google Analytics collects, and you can opt out of that through your browser at any time.
Changes to this policy
If anything here changes, meaning we add a contact form, a newsletter, or a comment system, this page gets updated and the date at the top changes. Check back occasionally if you’re curious.
